**Your responsibilities and impact as a Cosmetic Business Responsible will be**:

- Creation and development of a client portfolio
- Dealing with a prospect portfolio in order to convert them into clients
- Preparing action plans for the conversion
- Participating in the full sales cycle
- Proposing new ideas and reflections around the client's topic
- Proposing new offers in order to keep attracting new clients

**Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role**:

- You are fluent in French and English
- You have at least 2 years of experience in sales in the cosmetic industry
- You have experience in cold calling and prospection
- You are resilient and have a don't give-up attitude
- You have a good network in the retail industry
- You are a quick learner, that can adapt to a fast-paced environment
- You are proactive, autonomous and innovative
- You have excellent communications skills

**Your Future Company**:
Our client is a start-up specializing in consumer reviews for clients and retailers. They have a panel of testers, that will try the different products of the partners/clients in order to give a clear and honest review on the product in order to have feedback before the commercialization. That will allow the client to have better visibility of the product.
