Join Decommerce in planning and managing the roll out of a new, innovative private members’ club based in Mallorca on behalf of a renowned hospitality company.
Inspired by modern, luxury members’ clubs, the members’ club offers its members exclusive experiences, access, events, and a private community. The club is designed for people who frequent
Mallorca and appreciate the good life on the island and beyond, like to meet like-minded people, and want to experience Mallorca from an insider’s vantage point
As Manager - Private Members’ Club, you will interact with all areas of the business and will work very closely with the founders, the team, the advisory board, investors, and clients.
We are looking for someone highly proactive, diligent, organized, adaptive, and reliable, with outstanding communication skills, and a knack for developing personal and business relationships effectively. You will report directly to the Co-Founder/CEO.
YOU WILL BE
- Lead event planning and execution, ensuring exceptional experiences for club members.
- Develop creative event concepts, themes, and activities to engage the exclusive membership.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, utilizing various channels to promote club events and activities.
- Foster strong communication with club members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance club offerings.
- Manage the onboarding process for new club members, facilitating a seamless integration into the club's community.
- Cultivate a vibrant and welcoming club atmosphere, ensuring members' needs and preferences are met.
- Collaborate with the team to curate a diverse range of events catering to different member interests.
- Implement strategies to increase membership engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of membership details, event attendance, and communications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to continuously elevate the club's appeal.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional member service.
- Uphold the club's exclusivity and prestige through meticulous attention to detail and high standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the club's team.
- Contribute to the development of club policies, procedures, and guidelines.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Proficient written and spoken English. Fluent Spanish preferred
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably within a luxury hospitality or private club environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective member communication and relationship building.
- Experience with marketing strategies and adept at leveraging various platforms.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Innovative mindset to continually enhance the club's offerings and member experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented approach to maintain accuracy in records and club operations.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Knowledge of exclusive private club culture, etiquette, and member expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred).
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for communication and event management.
