Join Our Global HR Service Delivery Team in Barcelona

The Global HR Service Delivery team is the backbone of our Global HR Platform, delivering essential support, maintenance, and expertise to enhance our global HR operations.

You Will
- Work with a variety of HRIS systems such Workday, Case Management and SnapLogic
- Configure, build, and create reports and dashboards for HRIS systems such as Workday.
- Act as a consultant, providing innovative solutions to business requirements and maintaining system-related processes.
- Deliver essential support and manage system-related incidents, contributing to the development and maintenance of a knowledge database.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and manage system enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
- Propose system and process enhancements to streamline HR operations.

You will bring:

- A relevant IT qualification/degree.
- Minimum one to two years of experience with Workday.
- Experience with SAFe and Agile methodology will be a strong plus
- Flexibility to prioritize and respond to numerous technology requests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a global team
- Previous experience in HR, HRIS Service Center, or other customer-oriented environments will be beneficial
- Experience working in a multinational organization, multicultural environment, and with remote teams.
- Fluency in English.
