Our client is a renowned research and higher education institution. Being a young institution, it has the need to
improve your brand awareness and strengthen your positioning both in the area of higher education and in the international research community.

The Marketing, Communications and Admissions Department is the school unit responsible for the school's general communications, branding, marketing, admissions strategy, and internal and external institutional communication.
In its Education area, the Barcelona School of Economics aims to increase enrollment in its programs by protecting and growing its reputation.
Enrollment is not guaranteed and the admissions department ensures that only the best students are invited to enroll in our programs.

**Marketing Communications and Admissions Manager**
**Role**:
The manager oversees all facets of the institution’s brand and product marketing, as well as the conversions lower down the marketing
communications and admissions funnel.
She or he coordinates digital media advertising, social media, and paid search as part of the advertising strategies and will complement this
considering the brand attributes.
The manager is in charge of the institution’s marketing and communications strategy and the academic B2C admissions strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, evolve, and implement the brand strategy, delivering against the institution’s vision, and business goals.
- Implement brand control processes to ensure all user touchpoints are on brand. Setup monitoring of brand health metrics and campaign measurement tools and processes.
- Lead the social media team to ensure that we are in tune with the community.
- Help craft content strategy to ensure that we get the best ROI from our content efforts and deliver the most value to users.
- Build and run brand campaigns to enhance paid and organic student recruitment.
- Define the short, medium, and long-term marketing strategy and leverage tools & data to increase marketing ROI.
- Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the institution’s mission and values across all channels and ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times.
- Develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organization’s brand and reputation, includingwriting and editing compelling copy.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the educational sector.
- Extensive experience in Team Management.
- Strong knowledge of the use of data software such as CRM and Business Intelligence.
- Familiarity with essential digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Work in Spanish and English.
