Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una importante empresa referente en el sector de la moda, actualmente se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a STORE MANAGER para su boutique estratégica de venta en Marbella.

**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**

Como Store de boutique y reportando a Regional Area Manager, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:

- Actuar como un modelo a seguir, liderando al equipo en el logro de los KPIS dando un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Impulsar al equipo para lograr los objetivos de rendimiento y definir planes de acción para el logro de los objetivos a corto y largo plazo.
- Coaching, desarrollo y evaluación del equipo.
- Seleccionar perfiles y planificar la sucesión, así como creación de redes.
- Implementar y mantener una mentalidad centrada en el cliente para construir una base de clientes.
- Favorecer el uso de todas las herramientas disponibles y garantizar que se ejecuten los procedimientos y se sigan las políticas internas.
- Realizar seguimiento de competidores y mercados locales compartiendo información relevante con el/la gerente de área.
- Staff de aproximadamente 10 personas

- Tienes de 3 a 5 años de experiência previa en un puesto de gestión similar relacionado con la moda.
- Cuentas con experiência en Retail, moda y/o firma Luxury
- Dispones de nível avanzado de castellano e inglés (C1).
- Has gestionando equipos, liderarando, motivando y desarrollarando al equipo a través de una gestión activa.
- Te consideras flexible y con capacidad de adaptación a las necesidades del negocio.
- Eres una persona con habilidades de gestión de KPIS y planes de acción.
