**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Funciones**:
**Ejecución de trabajos de Servicio Técnico**
- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo aplicando los ckeck-list establecidos en KION para cada modelo de Máquina.
- Realizar los Avisos de averías y reparaciones, identificando deficiencias y notificando al Cliente, su reparación directa o bien mediante la aprobación previa, de un presupuesto.
- Suministrar recambios. Identificar la necesidad de piezas de recambio en la máquina y gestionar su reposición.
- Realizar pruebas de seguridad en máquinas, conforme a las prescripciones técnicas legales.
- Montar las nuevas máquinas, efectuar la puesta en marcha y entregar la máquina al Cliente.
- Elaborar los presupuestos de reparación de máquinas y suministro de repuestos, conforme a las directrices establecidas en la organización.

**Atención comercial - Clientes.**
- Asesorar al Cliente en todo lo relacionado con la máquina y el servicio: cuestiones técnicas, recambios, reparaciones recomendadas y necesarias, etc.
- Ser proactivo en la identificación de oportunidades de venta de: servicios, recambios, máquinas nuevas y mejoras en máquinas existentes, informando al Cliente y notificando a su Asesor Técnico y/o Gestor de Zona.

**Generación de los Boletines de asistencia técnica (BM).**
- Elaborar los Boletines conforme a las directrices de la Organización en cuanto: transmisión diaria, firma del cliente, codificación del tipo de asistencia, identificación de los repuestos utilizados, etc.

**Gestión, custodia y cuidado, de los medios técnicos y material asignados**
- Utilización correcta y cuidado de: vehículo taller, notebook, teléfono, herramientas, útiles e inventario de repuestos y en general de todo el material asignado.

**Formación, conocimientos & Experiência**:

- Módulo medio o superior de formación profesional (Mecatrónica ó similar) o experiência en el sector como Técnico de mantenimiento / reparaciones, de al menos 1 año.
- Cursos de Producto (nuevas máquinas).
- Cursos de procedimiento de trabajo, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, de Máquinas
- Conocimientos de MS Office.
- Formación de PRL valorable.
- Formación sobre la Gestión de Residuos valorable.
- Atención al Cliente y Valor comercial del Técnico de Servicios.
- Inglés - nível básico / medio valorable.

- Habilidad de contacto técnico/comercial con Clientes.
- Capacidad de trabajo de forma autónoma y con baja supervisión.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo y actualización de conocimientos técnicos.
- Responsabilidad y compromiso con el trabajo bien hecho.
