Lead Maintenance Engineer
Garantizar que las instalaciones y maquinaria estén en la mejor situación posible. Organizar y dirigir proyectos de nuevas instalaciones industriales así como dirigir e implantar mejoras en el departamento de mantenimiento consiguiendo el mejor clima laboral posible.
Organización del departamento de mantenimiento y coordinación del personal Supervisar los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo (interno y externo) Dirigir y organizar la puesta en marcha de nuevas instalaciones y maquinaria
Ser el primero en reaccionar ante cualquier avería de la máquina y trabajar con el responsable de mantenimiento y los técnicos para lograr una acción inmediata contra la causa raíz y acciones para mantener la contramedida.
PERSONAL - Coordinar el buen funcionamiento del departamento de mantenimiento y proponer acciones correctoras ante desviaciones y problemas. - Asistir al personal ante necesidades de formación y hacer propuestas a RRHH para potenciar el equipo. - Motivación del equipo y liderazgo. - Control funcional del departamento (control de horas extras, guárdias y vacaciones de operarios mantenimiento).
ORGANIZACIÓN - Control y supervisión del presupuesto asignado al departamento de mantenimiento. - Colaborar en el control y la gestión de los CAPEX (inversión en capital) asignados. - Supervisión de los pedidos de material y establecimiento de prioridades en función del plan general de mantenimiento anual. - Participar en la gestión del Plan de emergencia de la Planta. - Asistir en la coordinación de programas de mantenimiento de la Planta - Supervisar en último término los trabajos realizados por los operarios de mantenimiento, así como los realizados por las empresas exteriores. - Supervisar la adecuación de la maquinaria al RD 1215/97 y la mejora de la seguridad
PROCESO DE MEJORA - Dar soporte técnico al Production Manager en los procesos productivos. - Colaborar en el desarrollo de proyectos de planta. - Participar y aportar ideas para la mejora continua. - Detectar deficiencias en instalaciones y maquinaria, así como proponer acciones correctivas. - Responsable de los pilares WAM (World Class Manufacturing) (EEM-PM) y conocimiento de Autonomous Maintenance.
Participación en dos Auditorías Corporativas anuales para mostrar el progreso dentro del departamento de los 6 meses anteriores.
REUNIONES - Mantener reunión semanal con operarios de mantenimiento. - Mantener reunión diaria con Production Manager y Equipo producción. - Mantener reunión con equipos WAM. - Mantener reunión trimestral con el Comité de Higiene y Seguridad y ejecutar acciones. - Asistir en la parte técnica de la Licencia de Actividades Medioambiental. - Coordinar la adecuación de la maquinaria existente al RD 1215/97. - Mantener reunión anual con Factory Mutual y coordinar las acciones derivadas del informe para su correcta ejecución. - Asistir a reuniones varias de proyectos en curso según necesidades
VIAJES - Viajar y atender reuniones con las Plantas del Grupo Armacell en Europa de manera puntual. - Asistir a sedes de proveedores nacionales y extranjeros según tipología de proyectos en desarrollo.
INSTALACIONES Y MAQUINARIA - Dirigir proyectos de nuevas instalaciones industriales. - Controlar las inspecciones reglamentarias de equipos, maquinaria e instalaciones. - Dirigir los contratos de mantenimiento con empresas externas.
Herramientas y materiales que se deben conocer para realizar las tareas:
- Programas de diseño tipo AutoCad. - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Project, etc. - Workday - CMMS - Aims - Hojas de planificación de la producción (Prodel). - Captio Documentos que hay que conocer para realizar las tareas. - World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Mejora continua, etc. - Seguridad y Salud en obras, instalaciones y maquinaria. - Conocimientos de tipo legal aplicado a infraestructuras y maquinaria de todo tipo. - Reglamento Electrotécnico de Baja i alta Tensión. - Reglamento de equipos a presión. - Reglamento de materias y productos químicos. - Reglamento de productos explosivos, zonas ATEX, etc. - Reglamento de Instalaciones Técnicas en la Edificación.
