- The BPA Manager focuses on financial controlling of the manufacturing function. Budget preparation, assessment of actuals and support in manufacturing business decisions focusing on the drivers that influence Global NTO results, as well as each technology platform and potentially production sites.**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Budget and LE’s preparation and actual tracking
- Performance management (COGS, NTO Opinc, Inventory, Capital Expenditure, FTEs and Personnel cost, cost center management)
- Planning consolidation of different sites within the CMS technical platform
- Proactive management of risks and opportunities
- Works on projects related to business performance / financial
- Preparing management information and present in regular internal committees
- Productivity improvements
- Innovation in financial processes using new technologies like automation, robotics and artificial intelligence

**Minimum requirements**
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration, midterm industry or manufacturing experience in BPA, or FRA incl. production / product cost accounting
- 5-6 years in Finance/BPA, professional experience preferred, ideally within healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry. Ideally experience in product cost accounting
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel, Power Point and SAP. Qlik knowledge will be highly valued.
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems, ideally with curiosity in new technologies such as robotics and artificial intelligence
- Solid TPC knowledge
- Full PNL Management
- Excellent Stakeholder management
- Fluent English
- Capability to deal with big and complex data
