To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Senior Director of Finance located in Madrid, Spain.
The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for managing the activities of a team of financial professionals and ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data as well as developing, implementing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies in order to ensure accurate data that is in compliance with corporate and legislative requirements.
What a typical day looks like:
- You will manage preparation of quarterly financial reporting package for leadership review;
- Will establish operational objectives and assignments;
- Develop and establish financial reporting requirements;
- Support external auditors in their examination of quarterly and year-end financial statements;
- Ensure monthly informative account analysis and reconciliations are performed;
- Coach and mentor financial professionals in organization;
- Analyze market practice to benchmark current systems and controls to verify systems and process integrity in order to enhance the Company's value;
- Will implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Extensive finance management experience;
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field;
- Strategic leadership skills;
- Experienced to work in an international services environment and used to dynamic environment with continuous changing requirements
