Operations Supervisor is the main link between our company and current/potential customers having initial contact with them. He/she interacts with customers with a high level of professionalism and acts as a filter.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establishing primary contact with customers that send inquiries
- Identifying customers’ needs and wants, clarifying and filtrating information of the inquiry
- Using CRM to distribute the inquiries to Sales Agents, log and track inquiries
- Handling live chat on our websites.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent command of the Polish and English languages; good command of Spanish is preferred
- Strong phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Serious work, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges,
- Strong customer service orientation,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively,
- Excellent listener and team player
- Between the ages of 22 and 35.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: 1,232.00€ per month
