We´re looking for a Food technologist (Restaurant expertise) based in Madrid in order to work in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.

Functionalities:

- Create the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the new country entries and the legacy markets
- Closely collaborate with existing markets that have SOPs to obtain feedback, validate the QA procedures and any misaligned standards, add any missing and delete outdated menu items, and update the Manuals Accordingly
- Redesign the SOP of the chain of restaurants, and work on the required updated
- Lead and launch the PIF process for chain of restaurants and integrate the SOP with the Ops Alerts.

**Requisitos**:
Minimum requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Science or related Technical Sciences.
- General knowledge in restaurants chains industry.
- Desired: Minimum 1 year of progressive work experience in similar functions
