At **Eni**, we are looking for a **Procurement Specialist within** **Plenitude Iberia** in **Madrid, Spain**. You will be responsible for supporting the Sourcing, Vendor Analysis & Development and optimization activities linked to the department.

**As a member of** procurement team at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for**:

- Leading the purchase requests and coordinate with the relevant unit to identify the needs well.
- Supporting supplier management in supplier qualification activities, prepare the RFQ and manage relations with own suppliers.
- Managing and coordinating with key internal stakeholders the adoption of company processes, procedures, and documents.
- Foster cross-divisional networking and learning and contribute to removing barriers to effective decision making.
- Be the ambassador of the company's values internally and externally.
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with the business, including risk mitigation and responsible sourcing strategies
- Establishing strategic relationships with suppliers, promoting commercial, sustainability, innovation, and performance initiatives.
- Leading negotiations with suppliers focusing on identified key criteria: quality, operational improvements, cost, etc.

**This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements**:

- experience in similar positions, in the renewable energy sector.
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics.
- Knowledge of supplier management activities and purchasing processes (contract definition and requirements, risk assessment, negotiation, and evaluation of offers, etc.).
- Languages: advanced oral and written English and French.
- Advanced level in Office, Purchasing tools

**Como miembro del equipo de compras de Plenitude Iberia serás responsable de**:

- Liderar las solicitudes de compra y coordinarte con la unidad correspondiente para identificar bien las necesidades.
- Apoyar a la gestión de proveedores en las actividades de cualificación de proveedores, preparar las RFQ y gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores propios.
- Gestionar y coordinar con las principales partes interesadas internas la adopción de los procesos, procedimientos y documentos de la empresa.
- Fomentar la creación de redes y el aprendizaje entre divisiones y contribuir a eliminar los obstáculos para una toma de decisiones eficaz.
- Ser el embajador de los valores de la empresa interna y externamente.
- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias de abastecimiento alineadas con el negocio, incluidas estrategias de mitigación de riesgos y de abastecimiento responsable.
- Establecer relaciones estratégicas con los proveedores, promoviendo iniciativas comerciales, de sostenibilidad, innovación y rendimiento.
- Liderar las negociaciones con los proveedores centrándose en criterios clave identificados: calidad, mejoras operativas
