SENIOR FBA MANAGER
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FBA MANAGER**
DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in supply chain management delivering customized logistics solutions. As LLP (Lead Logistics Partner) we handle the complete 4PL (forth party logistic provider) logistics for all of our customer's European plants. Within this framework, we are represented by approx. 940 employees at fifteen locations in 10 countries in Europe.

**Role description**:
Financial Analysis
- Evaluation of customer freight contracts providing deep insight into the financials including analysis of high volume and value of data"
- Responsibility for the freight purchasing and sales ledger inc. PO management on Oracle and control of Open Shipments in TMS across the accounts
- Support the delivery of accurate, complete and timely charging analysis to the customer as well as query resolution
- Proactively reduce future currency risks through hedging activities
Control and Governance
- Develop new tools to improve financial visibility
- Ensure all entries to balance sheet primes under our control stand up to scrutiny and have back up
Business Partnering support
- Support Financial Controller (FBA&P) in day to day operation of multi site, multi currency, multi platform accounting, invoicing and reporting
Finance and Projects
- Support FBA&P in continuous improvement agenda within the department and ensure processes are aligned to FBA&P strategy
- Support in review and management of carrier payments, customer debt and cash allocation
People management
- Deputise alongside Assistant Finance Managers for Commercial Controller when required
- Coach internal and external stakeholders in FBA&P matters
**Your profile**:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels across the business
- Knowledge of General Ledger accounts and intercompany reporting, Balance Sheet reconciliations
- OTM System Knowledge
- Ability to work in detail and high level
- Multi-tasking - organised, highly efficient and able to push multiple projects forward at the same time
- Multi-country / currency experience Degree level education
- P&L experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent IT skills - e.g MS Excel
- Confidential and discreet
- Strong organisation / planning
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
- Self starter
- Ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to support the Senior Finance Controller at site
- Flexibility / adaptability to meet changing business demands
