Liu Jo is a premium Italian fashion brand specialized in several lines for women including clothes, blue denim collection, shoes, accessories, luxury collection, beachwear, underwear, leisurewear sport collection and kids wear. Currently, Liu Jo has 400 mono-brand stores and 5.000 multi-brand stores in 50 countries across 3 continents (Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa), with 790 employees.
Marco Marchi, President of Liu Jo S.p.A, strive to drive the company to bring out every woman’s natural beauty by interpreting and exalting their femininity with a glamorous and dynamic style.
- **Descripción del puesto**_

El trabajador, que dependerá del Responsable Wholesale, dentro del showroom de Madrid, se ocupará específicamente de:

- **Campaña de ventas**
- gestión de citas con clientes
- recepción y atención al cliente;
- clasificación de las muestras entrantes y salientes y organización de las colecciones en la sala de exposición;
- venta de colecciones y negociaciones con los clientes;
- contactos y comparaciones de productos con los contactos de línea;
- informes de ventas de fin de campaña, análisis de la competencia.
- **Prospección**
- identificación y captación de nuevos clientes;
- visitas posteriores a las campañas a clientes existentes y comprobación del posicionamiento de nuestra marca.
- **Atención al cliente**
- apoyo a los clientes en el seguimiento, resolución de problemas en la gestión de pedidos y entregas;
- supervisión de las ventas;
- apoyo a los clientes en el uso de b2b para cambios y reasignaciones.
- **Perfil**_
- Experiência significativa en el sector;
- Alta orientación al cliente; capacidad de escucha activa, asesoramiento;
- Pasión por la moda y sus tendencias;
- Grandes dotes comerciales y de resolución de problemas.
