**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:
**Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers
- Set performance targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

**Account Management**:

- Oversee the management of key accounts to ensure that upselling goals are archieved
- Detect opportunities and growth levers considering our current customers based on our service offerings

**Strategic Planning & Reporting**
- Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers and the CS Director to develop and implement account management strategies
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support the development of new products and services

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management and sales, preferably in the SaaS or HR industry
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Able to speak different languages
