Transfer Agent

We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our team in Ibiza. Our future teammate would be part of the Transfers department in our office in Ibiza.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Management and control of transfers.
- Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
- Management of claims and incidents.
- Coordinate with the team at the airport.
- Follow up of the services provided to clients: invoicing, quality, etc.
- Manage special requests and VIP clients.
- Optimize the transfer routes in the island.
- Be aware of the traffic restrictions to redesign
- A certificate of disaibility will be recognised.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor in Tourism or similar.
- Demonstrated high level of IT skills with ability to understand technology concepts.
- Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to inhouse operational systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork-oriented task handling.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- High level of English and Spanish required, other languages are a plus.
