Mission:

- The supervisor is the responsible for respecting the standards of work and the performance of the different production equipment, ensuring compliance with the standards of work, environment, safety and hygiene.
- Ensure production tooling maintenance.
- Contribute to new project competiveness by proposing tooling improvements.

Your Responsibilities:
Main tasks:

- Coordinate the works of construction, repair and / or modification of the tools.
- Ensure production tooling maintenance
- Develop & implement a cost and effective standard for the tooling maintenance.
- Give support to the tunnig for the new products in all different families of tools.
- Coordinate the previous activities with the designer and programmer person before to start the jobs.
- Request and adjudication of offers abroad.
- Assistance to off tools and mold tests after to repair it.
- Contribute to new project competiveness proposing tooling improvements.

Tasks management:

- Develop the autonomy of the different production´s teams promote the poly-valence and poly-competence skill.
- Value and recognize the actions of progress of his teams.
- Formalize & develop the tooling maintenance competence of his team.
- Participate in meetings, propose improvement, analysis the problems and transfer the final actions to the workshop.
- Implication to 5 axes Valeo, pilot 5s partipation in the QRQC of tooling.
- Perform time analysis to perform functions according to Term.
- Develop low cost suppliers for the tools maintenance.
- Contribute to new project competitiveness by proposing tooling improvements.

Others tasks assigned by n+1

Propose improvements to the product group tooling standard.

Professional Experience:

- Engineering/Master degree
- Personal skills to manage functional organization
- Plasturgy/moulds/injection knowledge and practice (5/7 years)
