**Role Profile**
**Purpose of Role***
The HR Manager provides a professional organized HR service to all members of staff covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit in accordance with the labor law and in alignment with the relevant regulatory bodies. The HR Manager plays an active role in the day to day running of our busy school and supports our vision of being the school of choice within the community. The role of the HR Manager is to work with all departments to build and maintain a positive working environment, ensure fair people processes and promote engagement for all employees to support the schools’ aim of being the employer of choice.
The HR Manager will report directly to Principal and functionally to the regional Head of HR. They will collaborate with other functions to ensure a smooth running of HR operations. The post holders will be expected to build a close working relationship with colleagues in the ISP regional team and school leadership to fully perform their duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1.**
**Recruitment, Talent Management and Onboarding**
- Ensuring a full onboarding and induction process has been followed, including uploading documents to the HR system.
- Ensuring all exiting employees have received an exit interview and all clearances have been completed including final settlement payments.

**& Analytics, Payroll management.**
- Ensure accurate and updated data in cezanne in time.
- Manage employee life cycle at school level. Implement a consistent human resources strategy with direction from ISP regional office across the school with accountability for talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safeguarding, succession planning, employee relations and retention, regional regulations, ISP compliance and local labour relations.
- Reporting: provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
- Compliance: comply with local legal requirements and advising on required actions.
**3. Recognition, Reward and Payroll management**
- Implements, maintains, and reviews all payroll information in order to process it in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records on the system regarding employee life cycle
- Ensures compliance with local regulations.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Follows payroll review process every month, as per central regulations
- Ensure that the school has transparent reward and recognition processes

**Performance Development and Growth**
- Manage the appraisal process process across the school with guidance from the ISP Regional office.
- Support leaders to prepare development conversations.
- Implement tools and processes for assessing and developing talent.
- Remain aware of best practices and trends within the training and development field and adopt new approaches as appropriate.

- Work in partnership with key stakeholders within the ISP-regional team and school leadership teams, including other school HR managers, to implement a combination of core learning and development activities targeted at various levels of the organization and aligned to business and individual needs.
- Ensure performance management opportunities are in place for all staff to enhance their ability to achieve goals and capability to assume increased levels of responsibility.
- Manage employee training programs, particularly for admin staff and budgets including identification of internal/external training opportunities, coaching and mentoring program development.
**6.**
**Culture and Engagement**
- The HR Manager is responsible for collecting feedback through various channels: NPS surveys, engagement focus groups, exit interviews, etc. This feedback is used to enhance engagement and helps ISP get better. The HR Manager in partnership with the Head of the school is responsible for working on the feedback action planning and the communication around this topic.
