**What you will do**

As a Creative Marketing Intern, you'll play an integral role in amplifying various facets of our start-up, including social media strategies, influencer partnerships, market research, and brand coherence. This role is vital in aiding the management team in the daily curation and agile operation of our evolving digital presence. Responsibilities encompass crafting and executing content plans, enhancing user journey flows, monitoring social listening data, engaging with our online community, and curating digital assets, all with the overarching goal of bolstering brand alignment and operational efficacy.

**What your to-do list may look like**
- Assist the Marketing team in creating compelling reels, stories, carousels, and graphics that align with our mission and values.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and keep our online presence relevant.
- Schedule and publish content across our social media platforms, including organizing and maintaining the content calendar.
- Optimize website copy, customer journey, and booking process.
- Monitor client relations by responding to all comments and promptly engaging with inbound requests.
- Organize and maintain files, including hotel photos, social media assets, and influencer content.

**What you will bring**
- You should be registered as a student, as we’ll sign a university agreement. (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and viral marketing.
- Self-starter; ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good with writing, able to communicate professionally.
- Strong interest in supporting and further developing a brand.
- Interest in the social business concept.
- Strong video editing and creation skills are a bonus.
- Culturally flexible, able to work and understand people with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Living in Barcelona or willing to move and able to arrange your own accommodation.
- Fluent in English.

**Nice to haves**
- Speaking Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
- Being able to start in January 2024 (earlier or later can be discussed).
- Experience in the field of hospitality and marketing.
