Process Engineer

**The Advanced Suspension Technologies Business** is looking for a **process engineer** to join our manufacturing team in **Ermua, Spain.**

Process engineer is responsible for planning, integration, and completion of process engineering projects for the Focus Factory area.

This person will dual report to the Focus Factory Manager and the Plant Engineering Manager.

**What will you do**:

- develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods
- analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
- estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions
- provide support for production by guiding and assisting maintenance, the tool shop, and the technicians on rebuilds and breakdowns
- support company initiatives and programs such as TBS, Lean, CI, and TVM improvements

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- experience as a hands-on mechanical/manufacturing/process engineer working with (electro)mechanical systems in a high volume manufacturing setting
- working knowledge of automatizations, robotics, PLC programming, hydraulics, pneumatics, electric NUTrunners
- knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods and Lean Manufacturing methodology desired
- fluent Spanish & English required
