What you’ll do & Who you are
Position Mission:
Within the Market Intelligence & Cross Sales Solutions area, you will participate as a Customer Intelligence analyst to provide to all Adevinta’s marketplaces teams, the market information needed and analysis to achieve competitive advantage over our competitors in the market working.
Position Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Customer Analytics: Drive deep customer analytics to inform strategic decision-making and actionable insights.- Business Opportunity Development: Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team to identify, develop, and validate data-driven business opportunities, spanning descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.- Sales Process Enhancement: Innovate sales solutions based on data and analytics, boosting efficiency and effectiveness in customer acquisition, development, and retention.- Customer Lifecycle Management: Implement holistic sales solutions throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness to loyalty.- Insightful Reporting: Generate insightful dashboards, including market share evolution and KPIs visualizations.- Identify and develop new opportunities for Sales leveraged on market intelligence sources.- Identify, coordinate and prioritize CRM requirements for each Marketplace.- Align with Data Platform core teams.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders.- Communicate results in a clear and concise manner, with an understanding of data visualisation and the importance of drawing accurate conclusions from multiple data sources.
Others:
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar, and three years in the business sector.- Extensive experience with SQL and at least one data-oriented programming language such as Python.- Self-starter and detail oriented, can complete analysis with mínimal supervision.- Experience doing ETLs and managing data from different data sources.- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical audiences.- Very proactive person who likes to improve all the time and teach others around data culture.- Experience in Statistical/ML techniques to solve supervised (regression, classification), unsupervised and forecast/time series use cases.- Experience in BI visualization/dashboard solutions (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Git.- Knowledge of Real Estate, Motor or Jobs marketplaces or similar- Experience working with Databricks, Hortonworks, Cloudera, AWS
