The central Sustainability team in Siemens Gamesa is responsible for driving various topics in the areas of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). By joining our Environmental team, you will have the opportunity to develop your profile as Sustainability Professional and experience how to work in a dynamic and demanding environment as we are working in a global and international team of environmental contributors. Here, you will grow a professional and international network. You will gain insights into the Environmental Management in our own operations, from the governance, to data management and to setting targets. Furthermore, you
Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global technology company.
**Tasks**:
- Support the Environment area within the SGRE Sustainability team
- Follow-up and continuous improvement of the Environmental Monitoring Process
- Validation and checkup of reported environmental data
- Direct support to environmental contributors allocated all around SGRE sites
- Conduct training on Environmental Data Reporting
- Monitoring of the main environmental KPIs and achievement of targets
- Follow-up on the reporting and investigation of environmental incidents in all SGRE sites
- Support on implementation of requirements acc. to EU Taxonomy
**Requirements**:
- University degree - ideally in Science, Biology, Environmental Engineer
- Good verbal and written communication skills in:
- English Level C1
- Spanish Level C1 (ideally)
- Experience with MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint - first experience with Power BI is a bonus)
- Experience with data analytics and transforming data into relevant reports and graphics
- Problem-solving thinking
- Pleasure to working in teams
- Proactive and attentive to details
