ERP Delivery Manager

As an ERP Program/Project Manager, you are responsible for successful delivery of ERP projects to Avanade clients through organization, management and monitoring of people, methodologies and technologies throughout the project life cycle

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Manage scope, budget, and timing.
- Accountable for ERP project delivery success
- Act as the point of contact for resolving all issues from employees and the vendors
- Prepare and manage quality management plans
- Determine the approach to be used on the project based on the understanding of the client's requirements and design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project.
- Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders.
- Manages client expectations
- Optionally become product expert
- Report project progress to the steering committee
- Manage schedules
- Assist the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing clients
- Direct and motivate the project team
