A new job opportunity for a ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING (ALM) & Spares Manufacturing Engineering has arisen in Airbus DS in Services Department in Seville.

In the scope of Airbus Defence and Space proprietary parts, the jobholder main accountabilities will be (applicable to all Transport platforms):
Provide Technical Solutions for manufacturing Spares and AGEs in ALM (3D Printing)

Define end to end process for production and certification of flying/non flying parts manufactured with ALM technology (3D printing)

Development of 3D printing technology

Provide supply chain quotations and data (mainly Lead Time and Cost)

Create and modify Spare Technical Specification (STS)

Define the interchangeability between the Design part and Spare part

Ensure availability of Spares Technical Data to run both Initial Provisioning and Material Supply operations

Provide technical expertise to Airbus Defence & Space Customer Services for Airbus Proprietary parts

Investigate the best supply option

Understanding the product structure

Understanding all constraints that could impact delivery schedules

Triggering the creation or modification of technical date
- Educated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in ME Extended Enterprise Management.
- Is a MUST to have deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and practices, specially related to innovation and ALM/3D printing
- Knowledge of Design and 3D modelling (i.e CATIA)
- Project Management Experience
- Proactive person.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized & Structured.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
