What you will be doing:

- Content Creation: Assisting in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts and website content.
- Social Media Management: Helping to manage and schedule posts on social media platforms, monitoring engagement, and tracking social media metrics.
- Market Research: Conducting research on the Insurtech industry, target audience, and competitors to gather insights that can inform marketing strategies.
- Graphic Design: Assisting with basic graphic design tasks such as creating visuals, infographics, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns, as well as updating existing materials.
- Content Distribution: Helping distribute marketing content through various channels, such as social media platforms, online forums, and industry-related websites.
- Competitor Analysis: Contributing to ongoing competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the market.
- Analytics and Reporting: Helping create regular marketing performance reports that outline key metrics and insights for the team and stakeholders.
- Events: Contribute to event organization tasks, including sponsorship management, preparation of essential materials, creation of visuals, and development of scripts for presentations by Bdeo's team.
- Sales Enablement: support the sales team’s efforts by identifying and building sales collaterals (such as one-pagers, decks and presentations, demo videos, etc.) to speed up the sales process in each stage of the funnel.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Supporting our Head of Marketing with special projects, such as product launches, partnerships, or rebranding efforts.

About you
- Marketing student or graduate. If you had a similar experience in a similar internship is a plus
- Native or fluent in Spanish & English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to the team.

Duration and Benefits:

- This is a full-time internship position lasting 6 months.
- Is a paid internship, to help you with your expenses (600 euros/month).
- Hybrid model, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home every week
- Intensive working hours on Fridays and 5 weeks in summer
