Our client is the leader in netlinking brand content and influencer marketing in France and they are looking to expand their operations internationally.
To help them open the Spanish market they are looking for a Head of Sales with the ability to work independently and the energy to create and develop a sales team from scratch.
You will report directly to the General Manager and your main objective will be to make our client an industry leader in Spain.

**Mission**:
Develop our client's operations across EMEA from the Madrid office.
Define and implement the ambitious growth strategy
Co-build the acquisition strategy with the CEO and optimize retention
Ensure the follow-up of the strategy and results through reporting
Manage event projects (trade shows, conferences...)
Management of business analysis tools in order to optimize the monitoring of the activity and the profitability of the platform
Creation of marketing content in order to promote Paper.club (webinars, white papers, participation in trade-shows)
Recruitment training and management of an international sales team (FR, ES, IT, UK)
Implementation of processes (Marketing Automation, Customer Success, Partnership Management)

**Profile**:
You are a Spanish native with Professional French & English
Speaking Italian is a big plus
You have 4 years of Sales experience with a Saas / Marketing or SEO background
You have 2 years of experience managing Sales Teams
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic business vision
Strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills
Comfortable around data in order to be able to quickly make syntheses and recommendations
Problem-solving oriented to ensure real process optimization
