**Job Description**:
As part of the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Team, this role will play a critical role as the finance owner for the Mid and Long-term financial model supporting the strategic plan process, dealing with the performance updates and ad hoc presentations for Senior Management and External Stakeholders, as well as the Finance Business Partner for the HR team on managing the Company’s Performance Management Process.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the Mid/Long term planning process by acting as the project manager for multiple parties, along with consolidation model and preparing presentation for Group CEO/CFO and Advisory Committee (AC) review- Design and manage the preparation of decks for Senior Management and External Stakeholders (e.g., Investors, AC, etc) for Monthly Actuals and Full Year Outlook. Produce relevant insights on business performance- Point of contact for Investor Relations, Strategy, and Communications team for preparation of external and internal presentation materials (e.g., Lenders, Troika, Roadshow, Townhalls, etc)- Collaborate with HR Department on designing and tracking the Company’s Performance Management Process- Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis to drive actionable insights to improve resource allocation- Lead and oversee ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency within the finance organization and cross-functional projects

Minimum Requirements- Solid professional experience in financial Analytics and management- Strong analytical & financial analysis skills- Relevant degree in finance or related field, advanced degree strongly preferred- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organization, experience with senior Board or External investors a plus: (written and spoken)- Strong knowledge of IT tools, hands-on analytics knowledge, and a strong willingness to work with the team to deliver what is needed when it is needed- Commercial financial management experience in Pharma, Consumer, or Aesthetics industry is a must- Ability to excel within a centre of excellence environment utilizing team resources
