Within the engineering department of press automation business in Tolosa (Spain), we are looking for an engineer with experience in mechanical calculation and design. The activity of press automation covers several technical disciplines: - Mechanical. - Electricity - Automation. - Robotic. Your main activity will be related to the calculation of the mechanical press parts. Reporting of the global manager of mechanical engineering in, you will develop the mechanical project in collaborating with the project team.

**This position reports to**:
Project Planning & Control Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing mechanical projects.
- Communicating with the customer for technical issues.
- Being part of the project team.
- Resolving complex technical issues both remotely and at customer sites.

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in the industry, working as mechanical calculator and designer. Knowledge in the rest of technical disciplines (electricity, automation, robotic ) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of mechanical calculations.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.
- Demonstrated management skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
- English: Medium. Desirable: French, German.
