We are hiring a MCC Coordinator (She/He/They) who are used to interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth environment.

**What will you do**:

- Day to day Maintenance Operations Control:

- Technical support to Crews and management of maintenance assistance in remote stations.
- AOG monitoring and recovery, Fault Isolation and Parts Request.
- Control and rectify Deferred Defects in due time, directly impacting our fleet's operational performance.
- Fleet Technical Status update and communication of the Operational Limitations.
- Technical delay follow-up during daily operation.
- Traceability and Troubleshooting of Intermittent Faults.
- Occasional preparation of daily Work packages.
- Company representative in non-routine maintenance tasks and Heavy Maintenance, including maintenance supervision and logistics support

**What do you need**:

- Aeronautical Engineer Master/Bachelor Degree.
- Ideally, previous experience in Airline operations department and high understanding of the aviation operational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems.
- Quick learner, proactive, highly-organized individual with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- An analytical and process-focused mind.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent English and Spanish compulsory, Italian and French will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety will be considered a plus.

**Salary**: 27,000.00€ - 33,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barcelona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
