Job Title: Regional Head of HR Operations - EMEA

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

**Job Description**:
Provide leadership to the regional HR Operations teams in EMEA and oversight of HR Operations processes (Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Benefits Administration) to ensure outstanding people experience. Regional Head of HR Operations will support the HR Transformation execution in the region through implementing global Hire-to-Retire processes (preboarding/onboarding, change job, exit) act as a change agent together with the HR Business Partners and regional HR Business Leaders to drive adoption of the new HR Model.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of regional People Solutions Partners as well as oversee service delivered by External Partner (Genpact) providing Hire-to-Retire processes
- Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners (Genpact) to ensure smooth service transition and service delivery
- Drive process standardization and harmonization - leverage Galderma global processes and ensure there is mínimal process deviations
- Drive adaption of new HR Model and utilization of Workday through promoting ESS/MSS for Hire-to-Retire processes
- Create and maintain a governance (reporting, metrics, KPIs, regular touchpoints) with your key stakeholders in the region to ensure service excellence and focus on continuous improvements
- Oversee Payroll process in the region delivered by External Partners ensuring compliance and timeliness of payroll delivering including Payroll payments, Audit and approval controls
- Plan and prioritize regional initiative and ensure they are aligned with global HR Priorities
- Support further process digitization through partnering with HR IS to enhance existing Workday processes or drive digitization of new HR processes
- Act as a point of escalation in case of service delivery issues or challenges are resolved, well communicated and we have a consistent governance approach

Skills & Qualifications
- +10years’ experience in HR Operations in a regional role
- Very strong stakeholder management at all levels
- Ability to build, shape and transform teams
- Experience in HR Transformation desirable
- Workday experience is desired
- Shared service or GBS background is an advantage
- Strong partnership and accountability skills
