About the profile
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Middle Microsoft Administrator to join our team of professionals. As a Microsoft Administrator you will be responsible of IT Infrastructure support (L2-L3) working together with a team of IT Professionals.
Tasks
- Design\\Deploy\\Support the IT Infrastructure solutions based on the Microsoft Technology Stack
- Troubleshooting complex issues \\ L2-L3 support
**Requirements**:
- Must have
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, process-oriented approach, ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles
- 3+ years of experience in delivering solutions based on one of the major Microsoft Infrastructure technologies:
- Azure Cloud \\ Microsoft 365
- Modern Workplace (SCCM and\\or Intune)
- Windows Server Platform
- Any of the following would be beneficial:
- Practical understanding of the backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Hands-on experience of installing, configuring, and managing the infrastructure monitoring solutions
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Understanding of the ITIL \\ ITSM methodology (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Change Management, CMDB, etc.)
