**Requisitos**:
We are looking for a** Digital UX-UI Designer** to carry out tasks on the roadmap. Experience in work with responsive design work samples

Activities: Homepage redesign which should include a feasibility review, evaluation of previous research results, wireframe design, user testing and responsive UI proposal.

Complete user dashboard proposal, update wireframes, research method to evaluate possible adoption responsive UI proposal

**Skills**:

- Design experience of intranet in Microsoft Teams, make proposal and align with stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IU and interaction design
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience using Sketch and Figma ( 3 years)
- Experience in conceptual interaction design work as well as a clear understanding of typography, usability and visual design
- Workshop facilitation skills ( preferred)
- Communication skills to interact with users, business stakeholders and team
- Ability to communicate results of UX research and tests
- Ability to defend and justify UX decisions to team members
- Ability to work in agile
