**Customer Service Trainee**.

Tu misión será dar apoyo al área de e-commerce para asegurar la correcta implementación de los estándares de "Customer Experience" de la Compañía, alineados con los objetivos estratégicos.

**Ser el mejor embajador de nuestra marca**
Deberás ser el mejor embajador de nuestra marca trasladando al cliente nuestro Customer Journey y nuestros estándares de Customer Experience. Nuestro lenguaje es cercano, amistoso, optimista y resolutivo.
**Empatía y vocación de servicio**
Es fundamental que te apasione el contacto directo con los clientes, adaptes tu tono de comunicación a nuestro branding y empatices con sus inquietudes. Debemos dar un servicio de máxima calidad a nuestros clientes.
**Manejo de herramientas digitales de comunicación**
**Operatividad y eficiencia**
Buscamos a una persona resolutiva y organizada, ya que gestionarás varias peticiones simultáneamente y de manera diaria a través de los diferentes canales de la marca.
**Seguimiento Kpis negocio**
Deberás tener en cuenta y trabajar KPIS de negocio como la reducción de incidencias, disminución de la tasa de devolución y aumento de la venta complementaria. Además de conseguir reseñas positivas, recomendaciones en RRSS y máximas valoraciones NPS de nuestros clientes.
