Nombre del puesto: Marketing Coordinator

Localización: Madrid

Objetivo del Puesto: Responsable de la planificación estratégica a corto, medio y largo plazo de los productos del Portofolio de Cx y Rx y responsable de la implementación de las acciones de marketing en los distintos target.

Funciones Generales:

- Planificación estratégica y ventas con proyección a 3 años (3 Years Plan). Planificación, desarrollo y seguimiento de los planes de marketing anuales de las marcas de Consumo asignadas
- Participación en reuniones internacionales de trabajo con el objetivo de implementar adecuadamente las estrategias globales a nível local (España y Portugal).
- Investigación y análisis de las tendencias del mercado y las tendencias de los medios promocionales: on-line y off-line.
- Manejo de la colaboración y relación con líderes de opinión implicados en proyectos relacionados con las marcas
- Gestión de eventos científicos (advisory boards, congresos, reuniones, )
- Análisis mensual del entorno y la competencia en coordinación con Business Intelligence.
- Comunicación y seguimiento de la implementación de las acciones en el campo: con la red de ventas y los gerentes de área.
- Propuesta y seguimiento de forecast de ventas y gestión de demanda.
- Seguimiento de Variable Marketing.
- Planificación y seguimiento de lanzamientos. Coordinación con Regulatory y Dpto. Médico.
- Análisis de oportunidades de negocio locales para el desarrollo de mejoras en los productos y nuevos productos
- Planificación de las estrategias y acciones para cada target:

- Gestión de proveedores y negociación de precios: agencias de publicidad, agencia de medios, de servicios, editoriales, etc.
- Desarrollo de la estrategia, posicionamiento y mensajes de las marcas
- Seguimiento del procedimiento interno de aprobación de materiales promocionales.
- Desarrollo de materiales para la argumentación en marcha las herramientas y los argumentarios de los productos.
- Planificación de envíos de materiales a la red de ventas.
- Información y formación de la fuerza de ventas sobre las novedades, evoluciones de los productos, estrategias y acciones a implementar.
- Seguimiento de la evolución de ventas por clientes principales.
- Comunicación a Farmaindustria de los proyectos, colaboraciones y congresos en los que se participa como compañía con alguna de las marcas siguiendo compliance
- Planificación y seguimiento de las ventas de los productos
- Comunicación, escucha activa, motivación y trabajo en equipo con la red de ventas para asegurar la implementación de los planes en dermatólogos
- Análisis diario las ventas y planes de acción para alcanzar el objetivo de ventas.
- Seguimiento de la evolución de los precios y márgenes de los productos.
- Planificación y seguimiento mensual de la demanda con Demand Planing: ventas y muestras.
- Planificación, desarrollo y seguimiento de la asistencia a los congresos/eventos de dermatología y de la marca.
- Planificación de asistencia.
- Coordinación de eventos, materiales, diseño de stand.
- Coordinación con Assistant de marketing:

- Realización compras
- Seguimiento de las aprobaciones PIM para los lanzamientos.
- Coordinación de envíos de material.
- Coordinación envíos materiales a congresos.
