**About the Role**:
**IT-OT Systems Technician**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the robustness and security of the IT-OT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for both IT and OT systems, resolving issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor IT-OT integration projects to improve system interoperability.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform upgrades to maintain high standards of performance and security.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide a holistic IT-OT support solution.
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.

**Requirements for the Position**:

- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years in IT-OT integration or similar roles.
- **Education**: Higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- **Languages**: Proficient in English.
- **Essential Skills**:

- Proven expertise in IT and OT systems integration and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles as they relate to IT-OT convergence.
- Experience with network infrastructure - LAN, WiFi, and more.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
