Sales support professionals play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of sales operations. They work closely with sales representatives, customers, and other internal teams to provide administrative, and operational support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales research and contracts preparation for the signature process
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, quotes, and invoices
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments
- Respond to sales team inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest product and market developments
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal (sales team) and external customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
