En Cognizant España tenemos una vacante de** Product Analyst **de la que querrás conocer Buscamos alguien con significativa experiência previa como Jefe de Proyecto o Product Manager en el desarrollo de productos/proyectos digitales.. **¿Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición?**
- Conocimiento funcional o experiência del sector energético y en concreto de refinerías o unidades de proceso.
- Significativa experiência previa como Jefe de Proyecto o Product Manager en el desarrollo de productos/proyectos digitales.
- Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de gestión de proyectos ágiles como Scrum o Agile.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo de cara a la coordinación y colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo y el agile delivery lead para ejecutar el roadmap.
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación.
- Cercanía, proactividad e innovación.
- Alto nível organizativo, teniendo en cuenta que su función implica coordinar y dirigir proyectos de gran complejidad con dependencias y participación de varios negocios de la Compañía.
- Capacidad de influencia.
- Mentalidad de resolución de problemas y de guiar de a otros en entornos inciertos.
