**Description**:** General Job Description**

Effective development and integration of a Project Controls Plan (PCP) is a leading indicator of project success. Further, creation and maintenance of a long-term data cost and other project-level information database is critical to the health and performance of a strong project organization as the backbone of a robust project development framework. The Project Data Coordinator (PDC) serves to support the project ecosystem and, more specifically, project team members in the development of fit-for-purpose tools and reporting/analytics through the lens of both Corteva's Project Controls standards and practices and through the lens of Corteva's project development and delivery process: CorePD. The PDC will serve across all four (4) Project Controls (PC) competencies: Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Control, and Risk and Opportunity Management and will provide support and tools to enable robust, complete PCPs appropriate for platform project types.

**Typical Responsibilities**
- Tools to support platform needs for estimate development, schedule development, cost management, and risk management including but not limited to:

- Development and implementation of fit-for-purpose cost management framework such as face sheet cost control according to Corteva standards along with training for local resources
- Development and implementation of fit-for-purpose scheduling templates and rituals in the region matching the intent of the standards defined for Corteva and training for local resources
- Development and implementation of fit-for-purpose estimating tools, including but not limited to Order of Magnitude Estimate (OME) calculator, budget creation templates aligned to work breakdown structure (WBS) coding mask
- Development and implementation of fit-for-purpose risk management tools, including but not limited to risk registers and methods to integrate lists within CorePDME's SharePoint environment.
- Stewardship and advocacy for project controls practices appropriate for the typical project types by platform
- Documentation and/or template management plan (i.e., revision history, updates, storage) to sustain a robust, long-term view on tool and template ownership
- Support to Project Managers and project team members enabling adequate integration of PC-specific discipline activities
- Status reports for program and/or project performance (i.e., annualized, monthly, or other reasonable slices of data) and development and management of data visualizations by program or by project, as needed
- Integration and support for CorePDME tools and processes
- Deployment support for the utilization of online project controls systems based on Microsoft PWA and PowerBI systems (i.e., CorePDME, etc.)
- Participation in project-based Project Controls activities including estimate and schedule validations, Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM) workshops, and other related CorePD activities (e.g., BEAM, Pre-Gate Readiness Reviews, etc.)

**Role Complexity**
- Communicate and reinforce owner's role with contractor partners clearly and audit to ensure management of change, quality assurance, and other control processes are implemented properly throughout the life of the project.
- Results orientation. Must have the ability to multitask. The PDC will be involved in numerous projects simultaneously and needs to have a good feel for depth and breadth of project-level integration required to meet objectives
- General understanding of common Project Controls disciplines: Estimating, Scheduling, Risk Management and Cost Control
- General understanding of EPC/EPCM disciplines and activities that are necessary to design, construct and start-up agricultural processes.
- Ability to interface and communicate clearly with project teams.
- Ability to handle online project controls systems utilizing Microsoft PWA, Power BI reporting system and/or other online system platforms
- Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the different project team members and contribute to team and project success and confidence and ability to form good working relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external contacts
- Strong ability in listening and communication, including remote connections and conference or video calls.
- Comfortable working with colleagues with a variety of backgrounds.
- Focus on the customers and to support their needs and achieve their goals.
- Ability to deal with different ranks of the organization as the PDC may interface with different company levels and external contractors.
