**Misión**: Serás el responsable de liderar y coordinar un equipo multidisciplinar (producto, calidad, procesos, etc.) para la consecución de los hitos en el desarrollo de piezas de automoción para un OEM específico. Desarrollarás planes detallados del proyecto, incluyendo cronogramas, presupuestos, recursos necesarios y entregables. Definirás los objetivos del proyecto y establecerás hitos clave. Deberás asignar y gestionar eficientemente los recursos del proyecto, incluyendo personal, presupuesto y equipos.

**Nuestro perfil ideal**:

- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en proyectos de automoción.
- Experiência trabajando en proyectos de piezas de plástico y de aspecto.
- Idiomas: buen inglés hablado y escrito, deseable alemán.
- Excelente comunicador, buen compañero de equipo, contagiosa motivación, disponibilidad para viajar, asertividad y criterio en las negociaciones, así como colaboración con el cliente en un ambiente internacional.
