Food Expert

He/she supports Quality for food formulation changes including raw materials suplier changes (Food trials, SCRs, new recipes) to ensure equipments can transform raw materials according to Black Book settings to produce quality food.

He/she is responsible to define Start up check list, SSOPs and SOPs according with Safety, Food safety and Quality local and global policies.

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- S - Safety foundationals and results - KCAPPS, BOS, S7, Audits - with regards to the procedures definiton.
- Q - QA and FS results - (Consumer complaints, Defects / holds, MQFS, BRC, G6, SSOPs, SOCs, FSI, OOS) - with regards to the food transformation & procedures definition.
- P - OEE results - Machinestops - Defects found (Breakdowns) - MTBF - DMAIC/BPS - with regards to the food transformation & procedure definition. Ensure execution for Production plan, MOCs creation, this with a focus on food transformation & procedures definition. Process Capacity Improvements
- Understand and owns product transformations and impact on finished product
- M - Skills cards/matrix updated, Training & functional qualification for Operators - with regards to the food transformation & procedures definition. Building technical and supply chain capabilities in operations and in the other support departments
- Provide input to raw material changes, projects, trials, innovation, DTV, SCR, DDS, milestones, workshops - with regards to the food transformation & procedures definition.
- Area support for food transformation issues using KPIs

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Fluent in English language (B1 or B2)
- Qualified in a Ciclo de Formación de Grado Superior (Química Industrial, Industrias de proceso químico, Procesos y Calidad en la Industria Alimentaria or equivalente) with preferred experience on the process area
- Has expert process operations skills (Start up, SOC, SOP, cleaning, AM,)
- Has expert data processing & problem solving skills (Statistics, PS, YY, WPI)
- Has expert people coaching and teamworking skills
