Human Resources Representative (Southern European region)

Position overview

This position is responsible for providing broad human resources support to employees and managers for our teams across our Southern regions (such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Middle East) and will be a full time, hybrid/flexible position, best based from our Madrid, Spain office. The position reports to the Human Resources leader for the Southern European region and as a team we strive to develop our people capability, be a great place to work, build a high-performance culture, and maximize the value of investments in people.

The position works collaboratively with the southern European teams and manages all HR administration across the employee lifecycle. Knowledge of employment related legislation and processes will be valuable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for executing HR administration (writing letters, drafting contracts, providing different lists and overviews, etc.). Prepare employment contracts, change agreements and other work-related certificates
- Following the procedures on people entering and leaving the company, promotion, and anniversaries.
- Coordinate activities related to employee relocation and support the global mobility process
- Work on technical HR projects (pension, insurances, etc.) and actively support HR processes and the HR roadmap
- Support and advise employees and managers in our dedicated locations on all personnel-related matters
- Evaluate training needs, coordinate, and document training and development activities
- Maintenance of master data in our HR tools as well as completion reports, statistics, and auditing.
- Administrative processes related to payroll.
- Seek improvement opportunities and new initiatives within the employee lifecycle which align with the HR Vision and Mission
- Support and collaborate with other HR team members and activities. Participate in the global HR team for two way learning and development
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and experience
- Qualifications in human resources, psychology, law, business or equivalent experience.
- Training in employment legislation, compensation, organisational planning, organisation development, employee relations, safety, training, and/ or preventive labour relations, preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR administration, preferably in international, matrixed environment.
- Fluent English (Written and spoken) is necessary. Other fluent southern European language(s) will be highly regarded
- Strong, hands-on experience using Workday or another SaaS HRIS.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
