**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Global Head of IT Transformation, will oversee the delivery of selected projects within our SAP program. As a strategic IT partner for the business leadership team, you will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of your project (s). By leveraging your business partnership, functional knowledge, SAP delivery experience and customer interactions, you will effectively deliver value to the company while preserving the integrity of our SAP Global Template design.
You will also learn best practices and process within the organization by receiving guidance on project management framework, methods, systems, tools, and metrics.
The scope of the projects expected to be lead include from SAP rollouts in countries/regions (Singapore, US, India, etc) to SAP enhancements on specific SAP modules such as FICO, MDG, GRC, etc.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Planning, organizing, and managing SAP deployment projects and activities in accordance with the Programme’s vision, tools and methods;
Organise and manage the activities of the dedicated and part time members of your project team in close collaboration with internal and external resource suppliers and business stakeholders;
Manage expenditure against project budget(s);
Analysing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies;
Supervise different tasks to successfully complete the project, overcoming the unexpected challenges that may arise on the way;
Responsible for the flow of information from the business to the IT team regarding the project requirements;
Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle;
Document project requirements, and in particular the potential variations from our global template design (if required) with inputs from the project functional consulting leads. Track these requirements through to delivery of the approved technical and non-technical solutions;
Contribute to the development of our in-house delivery methodology;
Identify and navigate through operational business activities to achieve safe delivery of our deployment(s) without operational disruption;
Occasionally travel to international deployment country location(s) and delivery centres;
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University Degree (Bachelors) with concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technologies or similar;
- PMP Certified or equivalent (inc. QBE);
- Min 10 years of previous professional experience with management of SAP implementation project delivery in complex multi-national organisations;
- Extensive SAP knowledge including functional elements like treasury, compliance, security, finance, procurement, master data;
- Background in a major consulting organisation (preferred);
- Good knowledge of industry standard SAP project tools and methods;
- Analytical mind;
- Risk and Controlling experience;
- Fluent in English.
