Mechanical Manager

**Your Role**:
As Mechanical Manager, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will join Affinity’s Operations team at our plant in Santa Margarida i Els Monjos to manage machinery malfunctions, manage maintenance planning of machines, and ways of working of mechanical maintenance.

**What you will do**:

- Follow up on unavailable machinery KPIs and ensure under-defined machinery repair times.
- Collaborate in complex machinery mechanical problem-solving.
- Define ways of working and priorities for the maintenance team.
- Define and implement planning of daily activities for the preventive maintenance of the factory.
- Define criticality criteria for components and oversee stock management to ensure stock availability when needed.
- Work towards continuous improvement for cost reduction, stretch and team improvement.
- Define a yearly action plan for the mechanical area.
- Identify the training needs of the employees under your supervision and facilitate relevant training programs to enhance their skills.
- Design and implement a documentation portal to streamline access to maintenance procedures, manuals, and relevant information.

**What we are looking for**:

- We are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Manager or similar position.
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- High University Degrees in Industrial Engineering
- English is a must
