**Responsibilities**
- Elaboration of Quotes and requests.
- Follow ups.
- Events confirmation: Contracts and pro-formas, deposits, payments.
- Management of clients needs and special requests.
- Events management control: releases, cancellations and payments.
- BEO, PMS coordination.
- In house event, Event coordination.
- Check up, revision and opControl, invoice revision and payments.
- Commissions.
- Post event check up and control.
- Pre/Post
- Convention Meetings and organization.
- Intermediation between providers & clients.
- Site inspections and possible sales calls.

- Elaboración de cotizaciones y solicitudes.
- Seguimiento de eventos.
- Confirmación de eventos: Contratos y proformas, depósitos, pagos.
- Gestión de las necesidades y peticiones especiales de los clientes.
- Control de gestión de eventos: liberaciones, cancelaciones y pagos.
- Coordinación BEO, PMS.
- Evento in-house, Coordinación de eventos.
- Comprobación, revisión y control de facturas y sus pagos.
- Gestión de comisiones.
- Chequeo y control post-evento.
- Reuniones Pre/Post-Convención y organización.
- Intermediación entre proveedores y clientes.
- Visitas de inspección y gestión de llamadas de ventas.
