Minimum requirements

Over 7 years of experience in 3D art direction, with a focus on stylized, cartoon and/or punk aesthetics.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Demonstrable experience in creating/supervising concept art and designs for video games.

Solid knowledge of design and image editing software and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs.

Passion for video games and a solid understanding of their visual and narrative language.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.

A can do attitude, striving to get the best out of the team and resources to make the best possible game.

Duties

Lead and supervise the team of artists to ensure a consistent and high-quality artistic vision in the game.

Collaborate with the design team to define the overall art style of the game, focusing on the cartoon punk aesthetic.

Create innovative visual concepts and designs, including characters, environments, interactive assets, and VFX.

Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of visual elements in the game.

Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to the art team to continuously improve the quality of the game’s art.
