**Responsibilities**:
- Execute site activities for Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects, including installation supervision, pre-commissioning, power-on, and commissioning.
- Strictly adhere to HSE rules as per regulations and company policies.
- Proactively drive improvements in the commissioning process. Collaborate with engineering team and report lessons learned from site to improve future projects.
- Embrace their values of safety and integrity.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute as a team player.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years' experience in BESS or Solar PV commissioning engineering.
- Proficient knowledge of inverter, battery, transformer, switchgear, electrical LV/MV panel & UPS & PLC automation commissioning procedures.
- Familiar with HSE aspects and industry/EU regulatory standards.
- Willingness to travel globally or Europe wide.
- Fluent English speaking & writing skills.
- EU passport.
