We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Quality Engineering Studio at

**Accessibility QA Specialist**, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects within mobile apps meet the highest standards of accessibility for users with various needs. As an Accessibility QA Consultant, some of your key responsabilites will be:

- Validate the accessibility of screens and user flows for voice readers and font scaling.
- Create and track bugs and sub-bugs related to user stories.
- Analyze research reports to identify areas for improvement in accessibility.
- Conduct manual app testing and validate the functionality of developed screens.
- Report defects and issues to central coordination for prompt resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation to maintain clear records of findings and progress.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to clients in handling proposed situations.

We are looking for:

- 3 years of experience in accessibility, or at least 1 year working on mobility projects.
- Familiarity with WACG 2.1 and European Regulation EN-301549.
- Certification from the IAAP consortium (desirable).
- Knowledge of Accessible UX (User Experience).
- Proficiency in using voice readers: Voice Over, Talkback, NVDA, and JAWS.
- Hands-on experience with assistive tools for motor disabilities: Switch, keyboard.
- Familiarity with SCRUM methodology.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Intermediate level of English.
