Nuestro cliente, empresa del sector industrial, busca incorporar un/a SUPPLY CHAIN GROUP MANAGER para integrar y gestionar las actividades dentro de la cadena de suministro del Grupo. Coordinando las disponibilidades de producción a través de Planning con las de Logística, de manera que la llegada de producto a cliente se cumpla con los objetivos de la planta en cuanto a costes y recursos.

Funciones y responsabilidades
Liderar y coordinar el equipo y las distintas áreas de Supply Chain del Grupo en Italia, Francia y España
Desarrollo de los profesionales a su cargo, estableciendo objetivos, definiendo KPIs, haciendo seguimiento y priorizando poniendo foco en la mejora de procesos.
Junto con Producción, responsabilidad sobre la correcta parametrización del MRP.
Colaborar para desarrollar e implementar estrategias y objetivos a largo plazo que respalden los objetivos de la cadena de suministro y contribuyan al éxito general de la empresa
Liderazgo del proceso de S&OP.
Optimización de procesos de la cadena de suministro
Definición de la estrategia de asignación de cargas a centros. Optimización del loading y adaptación de la estructura.
Optimización del coste de transporte.
Optimización de los inventarios.
Optimización de la gestión de almacenes.
Competencias
Resiliencia.
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas complejos.
Planificación y organización.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Gestión del tiempo.
Orientación al cliente.
Experiência
Se deberá aportar un mínimo de entre 3 a 5 años de experiência en posiciones de responsabilidad en Supply Chain, en sector industrial. Se valorará aportar experiência en S&OP, en gestión de stocks y haber trabajado con metodología Lean.
Formación
Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial o similar. Se valorará máster o posgrado en Supply Chain Managment.
Conocimientos de Lean para optimizar los procesos de gestión y productivos

Nível alto de inglés.
