**Position**:
We are currently seeking a Sale Associate for our Boutique in Puerto Banus, Marbella.
- Perimeter of Actions: _

**Internal relationship** with the Store Manager, Visual Merchandiser, Boutique Staff ; HO

**External Relationship** with Company’s external stakeholders, customers

**Management of the relationship with the client**:
The interaction consists in knowing how to welcome and communicate with the client in a kind and gentle way, creating a relationship which reflects the Maison values and which increases the desire to come back; another activity to optimally manage the relationship with the clients consist in filling in the _Client Book_.

**Selling activity**:
It’s necessary to reach the selling objectives, in terms of both Boutique sales volume and individual ones, contributing to their growth, and to learn how to sell each product category at best thanks to the knowledge of the collections, the stock, the prices and the basic selling techniques.

**Participation in the maintenance of the Boutique’s order**:
management activity of the Boutique in terms of cleaning and reorganizing the floor, the fitting rooms and the correct product exposition.

**B**ack-office activity**:
Preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping.

**Profile**:

- Background _:

- Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field. University education or a Fashion school degree are a plus.
- Experience_: at least two years of experience.
- Tec_hnical skills _:

- Knowledge of luxury products and basic selling techniques
- Knowledge of other languages (english, others are a plus)
- Knowledge of basic IT (Office).
- Soft & Interpersonal skills _:
