RESERVATIONS MANAGER - MELIÁ CASA MAYA
PROXIMA APERTURA
MISION: Gestionar, organizar, captar y controlar todas las solicitudes de reservas solicitadas por los huéspedes. Este rol se define como aquel responsable de garantizar la satisfacción de los viajeros que llegan a un hotel.
FUNCIONES
- Tener un amplio dominio de las condiciones y las características de la oferta de alojamiento (tarifas de servicios, formas de pago, disponibilidad, descuentos o promociones formas de pago, etc.).
- Registrar las reservaciones conforme a las especificaciones de alojamiento y de servicios.
- Llevar un control sobre los diferentes tipos de reservas existentes en el hotel para mantener en orden la disponibilidad de habitaciones.
- Mantener en constante actualización el fichero de clientes, el cual contiene todos los datos esenciales de estos mismos.
- Supervisar todas las anulaciones y modificaciones de las reservaciones.
- Controlar diariamente las hojas de registro para garantizar que se cumpla con cada una de las reservaciones.
- Identificar cualquier incidencia o cambio en el listado de llegadas para garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes.
- Supervisar que se cumplan con los aspectos necesarios para las reservaciones VIP, familias con menores, huéspedes celebrando ocasiones especiales, las llegadas de personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida, entre otros.
- Mantener un control en la asignación de habitaciones.
- Garantizar la correcta facturación diaria, desde las facturas emitidas a los clientes hasta las que deben ser derivadas al departamento de contabilidad.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência mínima de 5 años en hoteleria.
Licenciatura en administracion o afín.
Ingles hablado y escrito.
Excelente actitud de servicio.
